What We Do

MMSE provides employer guidance and partnership support. We work directly with job centres, local authorities and training providers to make education and employment accessible to all.

Our key areas of focus include:
• Employability skills and training for individuals with additional needs/learning difficulties
• Job Coaching, Neurodiversity and Supported Employment training and consultancy for businesses and colleges.

Our Team

We are a like-minded group, passionate about getting the best outcomes for our clients, whether education providers, learners, employees or employers.

There is a wide variety of inter-disciplinary knowledge on our staff with specialisms including disability, neurodivergency, autism, Asperger’s, ADHD, mental health support, fostering and career coaching. Alongside this we are are highly experienced in educational consultancy, academic and training course development, pedagogical principles and application, educational research, and policy design and implementation.
