Our focus is practical support, not paperwork.
We help employers recruit and retain motivated staff, while supporting individuals into meaningful, long-term work.

Our team brings experience across education, employment services and industry.
We know what works, and we make inclusion simple for your business.

What We Do

MMSE provides on-the-job coaching, employer guidance and partnership support.
We work directly with job centres, local authorities and training providers to make Supported Employment accessible to all.

Our key areas of focus include:
• Hospitality and catering employment pathways.
• Supported Employment training and consultancy for businesses.

Our services are designed to help you recruit inclusively with confidence and long-term results.

Our Mission

To make Supported Employment part of everyday business practice.
To empower people into meaningful work and help employers grow inclusive workplaces that succeed.

Our Impact

Our Supported Employment programmes have already helped many people into permanent jobs in hospitality across the South West.

We continue to expand through new partnerships with Jobcentre Plus and Seetec to reach more industries and employers.

Every success story shows the value of practical, person-centred support that benefits both the individual and the business.

Our Team

We are a like-minded group, passionate about getting the best outcomes for our clients, whether education providers, employees or employers.

There is a wide variety of inter-disciplinary knowledge on our staff with specialisms including disability, neuro-divergency, autism, Asperger’s, ADHD, mental health support, fostering and career coaching. Alongside this our directors are highly experienced in educational consultancy, academic and training course development, pedagogical principles and application, educational research, and policy design and implementation.

Our Vision

A South West where everyone who wants to work, can.
Where inclusion is standard, not optional.

Client Testimonies

  • "With regard to uniform, in a good a way you made me feel bad about pushing the limits, but also comfortable about being able to say what I need and how clothes affect me. Now that I am in the Messes I am always in a shirt and this makes me feel more professional as well as improving my attitude to work."
