The Supported Employment Boot Camp
In 2027 We are hoping to launch an 11-week training course to help businesses build their own in-house Support Champions for disability inclusion.
Your staff will learn to:
• Understand and support additional needs in the workplace.
• Apply job coaching methods for lasting success.
• Access government funding and inclusion resources.
The course will be funded through the Department for Education with minimal cost to employers.
